These website terms explain our inquiry process. The written proposal or order documents confirm the terms for your specific project.

Inquiries and Scheduling

Submitting a form does not book an appointment, reserve equipment or confirm an order. Nexus will contact you to confirm scope, pricing, availability and next steps.

Free Estimates

Free estimates apply to HVAC replacement and installation projects. Troubleshooting and diagnosis of repair issues are not included. Contact us to confirm diagnostic charges before scheduling.

Warranty

Our HVAC installations include a 1-year labor warranty, with an option to extend coverage to up to 2 years when you enroll in our maintenance plan. Equipment comes with a 10-year manufacturer warranty, subject to applicable manufacturer terms, eligibility and registration requirements. Your written proposal confirms coverage for your specific equipment and the maintenance plan conditions.

The applicable manufacturer determines equipment warranty coverage and exclusions. Equipment-only purchases do not include Nexus installation labor coverage. Request the warranty details for your specific proposal or equipment before you decide.

Financing

We work with multiple banks to offer financing options. Approval depends on your credit and the lender’s requirements. Ask about available options and review the terms before applying.

The website does not guarantee credit approval or a particular interest rate, monthly payment or loan term. Do not submit sensitive credit application information through our inquiry forms.

Equipment Payment

Full payment is required before equipment is released. Accepted payment methods and order details are confirmed with your quote. An inquiry does not confirm stock or reserve equipment.

Equipment Returns

Equipment returns are not accepted. Confirm the model, specifications, compatibility and quantity before purchasing. Warranty claims are handled under the applicable warranty terms.

Equipment Delivery

Local delivery is available within our delivery area for an additional fee. Eligibility, the delivery charge and delivery arrangements are confirmed before payment. Our administrative address is not an equipment pickup location.
